§ 2.1 CreativePatternWorks, registered at Calle Enebro, 11, 28609 Sevilla la Nueva, Madrid, Spain, is the data controller for all personal information collected through our digital platforms and consultation interfaces.

§ 2.2 In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), we process personal data exclusively for the purposes of: client communication, project delivery, invoicing, and statutory tax reporting obligations.

§ 2.3 Personal data collected includes: full name, email address, telephone number, company affiliation, and project specifications voluntarily submitted through our consultation forms.

§ 2.4 We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party data brokers or marketing organizations.

§ 3.1 All design services, creative deliverables, and consultancy packages provided by CreativePatternWorks are governed by explicitly agreed Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and CreativePatternWorks.

§ 3.2 Project pricing, scope definitions, delivery timelines, and revision allowances are specified in individual project proposals and become binding upon client written acceptance.

§ 3.3 Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, CreativePatternWorks assigns all intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables directly to the client, subject to any retained portfolio usage rights specified in the SOW.

§ 3.4 CreativePatternWorks retains the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

§ 3.5 Revisions beyond the scope defined in the original SOW will be quoted separately and require client approval before commencement.

§ 3.6 Project timelines commence upon receipt of the signed SOW and the initial deposit payment. Delays in client feedback or asset provision may extend the delivery schedule proportionally.

§ 4.1 CreativePatternWorks uses strictly necessary functional cookies to ensure secure platform operation, session persistence, and user preference retention.

§ 4.2 Functional cookies are essential for core website functionality, including navigation state, form persistence, and cookie consent preferences. These cookies do not require explicit consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

§ 5.1 All project deposits are non-refundable upon commencement of creative work, as they cover initial research, concept development, and resource allocation.

§ 5.2 If a project is cancelled by the client before creative work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 14 business days.

§ 5.3 Milestone payments are due upon delivery and acceptance of each defined project phase. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance.

§ 5.4 In the event of a dispute regarding deliverable quality, CreativePatternWorks will engage in a good-faith review process and, where justified, offer additional revisions at no cost or a proportional refund for undelivered scope.

§ 5.5 Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period in which notice is given.

§ 5.6 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

§ 6.1 CreativePatternWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of delivered creative materials.

§ 6.2 Total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

§ 6.3 CreativePatternWorks is not responsible for the最终 commercial performance, market reception, or business outcomes resulting from the implementation of delivered creative assets.
